Friday the 13th seems to be a day for good luck as the FCC holds a special meeting to accept and comment on the US Broadband Coalitions
Adoption and Use report. Part of the FCC’s goal to see comments on the developing National Broadband Strategy.

Broadband Conduit Bill gets endorsement

Genachowski endorsement of the Broadband Conduit Bill to include conduits and fiber in all federal highway construction calls for “Industry Best Practices”.
Largely the work of the “New America Foundation” this common sense bill should introduce a level playing field for new and emerging solutions for a National Broadband infrastructure.
